The BRM Parent & Emotional Awareness Program is a 10-week guided educational experience designed to support greater emotional awareness, healthier relational patterns, and more intentional responses within parenting, communication, and everyday life.

This program focuses on present-moment awareness and understanding how beliefs, meanings, emotional responses, and behavioural patterns continue to shape reactions in real time.

    Awareness begins by understanding the beliefs, emotional responses, and meanings shaping behaviour and communication.

    In this phase, you’ll explore:

    - personal values, emotional needs, and self-awareness

  • Communication & Relational Awareness

    You’ll learn how to:

    - support emotional safety within relationships and parenting

    - recognise behavioural and relational patterns

    - respond to conflict with greater regulation and understanding

    Healthier relationships are strengthened through awareness, communication, repair, and emotional safety.

  • Integration & Behavioural Change

    Awareness becomes meaningful when it is integrated into everyday behaviour, communication, and relational responses.

    In this phase, you’ll develop:

    - practical strategies for emotional regulation and communication
