ABOUT ME
I was born in Albania and raised in Italy, where I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resources. I later studied Psychology and Counselling in Australia, where I now live with my husband and daughter.
While my educational background shaped my understanding of people, behaviour, communication, and emotional wellbeing, motherhood deeply expanded the direction and purpose of my work.
Because motherhood doesn’t just change your life, it reveals you.
Your beliefs. Your triggers. Your fears. Your pressure to get it all right.
That experience led me to question the emotional patterns, pressures, inherited beliefs, and relational dynamics that often shape parenting and family life without conscious awareness.
That shift led me to write The Boundless Energy of the Heart, a book that explores how beliefs, emotional patterns, and relational experiences influence parenting, communication, relationships, and the emotional environment within the home.
Today, I combine my background in Human Resources with Psychology and Counselling to create psychology-informed educational resources, parent wellbeing programs, and emotional awareness frameworks designed to support healthier communication, emotional regulation, relational awareness, and family wellbeing.
This work is not about perfection.
It is about awareness, emotional understanding, healthier relational patterns, and more intentional responses within everyday life and parenting.
